1. To be a leader is very difficult. When managing a team you will be expected to motivate
people, make decision, and support them and also learn from your mistakes. But this is not all.
When your business and your team members are successful you will only be filled with positive
sense of achievement. I am totally certain that this course is suitable for me and the abilities I
have.
Studying Business and Management for the past two years has given me many ideas and it has
helped me deal with many real life situations in a professional manner. I have a far better
understanding of Business and Management than I ever did before and it has shown me that
this is the right path for me and my future career. I find that the subject really fascinates me
and it has become an extremely important part of my life. I am always doing research and
finding out new information that improves my business skills and gives me more knowledge.
One of the most important things when you study management is to know how to get the best
out of the people surrounding you. By studying business and management I have learnt a lot
about consumer behaviour and the different marketing aspects. My English and communication
skills have developed and helped me with my career. From reading to understanding and
analysing and conversed language. This amazing combination of many different subjects gives
to me new skills to make perceptive and analyses which is very helpful for my study in the
future.
I lost my mum at a very young age which helped me grow up a lot faster and become a stronger
person. She had always told me that I can master everything once I put my mind to it and that
she sees me as a leader due to the fact that I never give up on. I used to do both dance and judo
as a child and I was extremely determined in both of them. I had a cold medal for dance and I
was also a republican champion in my judo league. I always aim for the best results which is
why I had amazing grades at school, as well as being a class rep which included organising
many different events and setting a good example for the rest of my classmates. I was a very
trust worthy person and many people believed in me and what I had to offer when I was a kid,
and that hasn’t changed ever since. Always been a part of a big team which only shows that I
am a team player and that I have never had a problem working with people and sharing my
ideas and strategy.
One of my most recent jobs was producing handbags for various Italian designers. I really
loved my job, but I soon realised that I wanted to have my own line of handbags and become
a world known designer. My manager at the time used to always come up to me and ask me
for new ideas and suggestions. She had a lot of respect for me and always appreciated my

2. honest opinion. The director of the factory wanted to make me a part of the operational team,
but I declined the offer because I knew I was capable of a lot more than that.
Thirsty for new decisions my dream was to study, work with people, and manage them in order
to show them proper strategy and motivate them to reach goals. I've always known that one
day reaching my dreams will make me happy. I was ecstatic with how far I had come in the
process whilst I gained experience of being in high-pressured situations. I had learnt a number
of languages in my younger years, which makes me capable to work with many different
people. I can speak Bulgarian, Russian, English and a bit of German. This is amazing because
this knowledge’s are real treasure for me, with them I can open new doors to the word
business.
I have never failed to show my success and opportunity. Every time I come across an activity,
experience or task that will challenge me and benefit me at the same time I always take part
and be the best I can be. I will always have this attitude in life and in my studies which is why
I would be the perfect candidate for your university.
