Christopher Brooks created a portfolio showcasing his skills in digital image editing and manipulation. He used tools like the lasso, move, mosaic filter, and pixelization to composite himself and friends into photos. Brooks also recreated classic art techniques like pointillism and photo sequences to emulate Eadweard Muybridge's motion studies. His portfolio demonstrates his abilities in areas like retouching, perspective, and creating Victorian-style portraits.
5. I used the Lasso tool to draw around my head and cut it out.
I used the Move tool to move my head on to the picture.
6. Diversity
• We took this picture from the canteen and
we turned it into a picture of diversity.
7. First I pixelated the picture then I moved me and my friends into the
blocky picture. I used the mosaic filter from the filter menu and
selected where I wanted to put my friend’s pictures.
10. I sat on the table and posed like the person in the painting. I pasted
myself in the correct position on the painting. I used another type of
pixelate filter called pointillize to change my picture.
15. I cleaned up the picture. I used the heeling tool and the clone stamp tool to tidy up the
messy parts of the picture.
16. Muybridge
• I did some skiing positions while my
friends took photos. I put a time on my
slide show to make it go fast, this is like
the Muybridge photos.

31. Victorian portraits
In Victorian times, people sat for photos for a very long time. We sat for
one minute and took screenshots and compressed them together and
this is how it turned out. Look how much we moved!
