By developing people to assess an organisation they become much more aware of the gaps and this can also be an incredibly powerful way of developing future leaders and managers so they develop a very deep understanding of the principles before taking more senior roles.
The courses are interdependent and build on one another to create a comprehensive capability programme, the entry point is Discover and then Explore
Dependent on need the next step is Leader (if you are a leader), Manager (if you are a manager), Champion (if you are a change agent). We’d recommend that Leaders and Managers also go on Champion as this is about transition
Finally if you want to be able assess organisations in your group of companies the Master trains OPX assessors to be able to assess your organisations
Ideal state is to follow the process. However Adam is leaving so rather than Explore, Explore, Explore to build a pipeline, we are running Explore, Manager, Leader. This isn’t ideal.
All the other programmes are developed from our research and learning of working with our customers over the past 20 years and are uniquely designed to develop capability to understand, lead, manage, change and assess EE using the Shingo model and thinking. A principles lead approach rather than a command and control approach
