Establish a website as a focal point for describing project principles and results arising.
Upgrade on a regular basis. Utilise this as a primary point of communication with
sections focused on manufacturers, researchers and the general public. Mount the
emerging Classification Model and Technology Grid as a centrepiece offering strategic
directions to the Industry.

Press Releases
2. From the earliest stages of the project establish general project awareness among
(1) the industrial manufacturing community of Europe (2) eco and process technology
supply sector- by issuing a series of Press Releases to the relevant trade press. Monitor
impact and develop the Press Release campaign accordingly. Utilise the emerging

websites, etc). These papers will report on the outcomes from individual work
packages

Task 6:
Post project developments
By accessing the considerable network of cooperating Trade Associations across
Europe, establish a series of “postings” of project developments as the project

Trade Associations and will reach a large number of industry players in the member
states.

Task 7:
Project workshops
Organise/attend workshop events for the purpose of inducting industrialists
(manufacturers and suppliers) into the technology, approaches and advantages of
integrated low carbon parks. This will serve as a step in stimulating take up and again,
every effort will be made to take advantage of trade association interfaces with
industry in creating awareness of the events and providing regional venues.

Task 8: Interact with policy
makers/interest groups
Interact with Policy makers and Interest Groups by all possible means including issuing
“white papers” (above) based on results and attending meetings. The emerging
Classification Model and Grid of Underpinning Technologies will be a flagship offering

Task 10:
Highlight socio economic barriers
Highlight potential socio economic barriers to creation of integrated parks with
regional interest groups and local government agencies and means to overcome these
at workshops and via media. Create direct access for European citizens via dedicated
area on project website. Our intention is to create focused papers and press material
embodying the emerging results, identifying key barriers and emphasising the forward
approach necessary for overcoming these issues. We shall broadcast these outputs
using the dissemination mechanisms described above.
Status
•Posters for all relevant deliverables available online
•Dedicated citizens area on website
