Using Latitude Festival 2016 as a case study, Crowd Connected demonstrate how weaving the digital through the physical can enhance customer experience, augmenting an attendee’s journey through a live event. With particular focus on in-app messages, Crowd Connected powered personalised guidance to an attendee’s hand via contextualised communications combining both time and location.
