An adaptable, innovative, proactive and highly motivated Project Manager and Audio/Visual
Engineer, with the ability to communicate at all levels, demonstrating a passion for delivering

Career Experience
Jan 2014-Present Project managing a number of projects around Essex and South East,
varying from £30,000 to £400,000. These include a 4 bedroom detached house renovation;
Developing a 6 bedroom mansion in Howe Green; and a Church conversion in Parkeston.
Delivered all ahead of schedule and on budget.
March 2012-December 2013 With a solid track record of success and achievement, “getting
things done” on time to specification, within budgetry constraints, working for MESL on Motor
Yacht projects in Nobiskrug, Antibes and Le Spezia. Duties have included install, fault finding,
commissioning and project management. The role also required me to lead a dedicated
professional team of tradesman, delivering tasks of complexities and using my broad depth of
experience of design, implementation and installation. My strong customer service,
communication and project management skills were used to full advantage in this role.
2007-2011:TandT Automation My duties included managing an install team; working on
large residential contracts £200,000 to £1.3 million; covering all aspects of install from first fix
setup, commissioning and hand over, to end user fault finding and testing. On individual
projects my duties included installing from drawings; marking out for others; liaising with
clients and expediting their needs; mentoring to inspire confidence amongst colleagues,
peers, senior managers and team members. I worked in Europe on projects to fault find and
install and have been involved in the setup and design of our head office tech rooms and rack
building areas to get them to a very high standard. My strengths on large projects have been
liaising with clients; running project meetings; turning problems round in tight timescales;
2. keeping everybody up to date with project progress and ultimately delivering projects within

2003 -2005: Complete Home Solutions Duties included sales; customer relations; man
management; after sales; fault finding; quotes and invoicing; trade shows; installations; 24 hr
emergency call outs. This covered being in charge of private and commercial installation and
commissioning.
DOMESTIC: Ranging from 1 room Home cinema systems to full house multi room video and
audio distribution and full home automation e.g. lighting, internet CCTV, full control of
premises over internet systems used Crestron, Lutron, Opus, Control4, ILight,
Bose,Pioneer,Sim2,Marantz,Denon.
COMMERCIAL: Ranging from full design/installation of computer networks, computer
controlled office lighting/heating, video conferencing, alarm systems/access control and
internet CCTV. Company closed
1996 – 2003: Chelmsford Electrical Limited In charge of the roll out of brand new concept
for home networking and video distribution in large private houses. My duties included
running a team of 5 electricians, installation, customer hand over/relations and fault finding.

Early Career – 1988 - 1996
I acquired management and leadership experience as an Install engineer. I also gained
experience of fault finding with good customer relations skills and time management/planning.
Over this 8 year period of employment I also managed a large group of tradesmen and
contracts varying from simple electrical installation to full computer networks and led
dedicated professional teams.
