My favorite author Robert Fritz says, “Those who live their lives destructively are not in touch with their power to create.” Those who justify taking rights from others by theft or vandalism to prove their point, only understand how to destroy, not how to create. Real power comes through making enlightened choices, not through justifying criminal activity of rioting, looting and burning businesses to the ground. Yet, dark provides opportunity for light. Here are seven leadership lessons we can learn from Ferguson.
