I have been working as a business consultant, coach and mentor since 2006. I'm a co-owner of the RainFellows company (www.rainfellows.com) and a board member in three other companies. My strong experience comes from working with both large and small teams from different countries all over the world, mostly in distributed environment. I am INTP personality type (MBTI) which makes me a good business strategist and navigator. I love learning and sharing.
