 Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of a 2,400 sq. ft. computer room with triple redundancy
backup.
 Coordinated 2 expansions of same room with budgets exceeding $180,000. Verified HVAC, fire
control monitoring and electrical work was to code.
 Ensured 3-UPS’s and 3-PDU’s were maintained and serviced not to exceed capacity of units and
power distribution to all workstations in 12 story building.
 Teamed to create install and maintain a triple redundant backup switchgear system to maintain
95% uptime for backup emergency power.
 Installation and maintenance of 240 batteries in 3 strings for emergency backup during time
needed to bring generator online during power outages. I managed construction teams to
reinforce floors to meet weight needs of new system.
 Installed and monitored UPS battery monitoring system that created up to the minute data
reporting on each cell in the strings.
 Designed and installed computer room with emergency UPS power for retirement services site in
Akron, OH.
Project/Construction Management
 Created RFPs and interviews for construction work.
 Created and maintained construction schedules for all work.
 Projects included weekly update meetings to keep management informed of progress.
 Verified HVAC and power were adequate for renovations and new construction.

 Renovated corporate location located in Akron, OH. Used a 7-phase plan to complete work while
maintaining no loss of productivity at the site. Budget exceeded $800,000.
