M-maX (MixedmaX )
is a mixed training defensibility for adults.
Men and women will train together during this
course. This training focusses on dealing with
unsafe and treathening situations in a natural
way, on the street and inside buildings.

W-maX (WomaX )
this training is for women and is given by women.
During the training a wide variety defensibility
options will be trained, that women can apply in

T-maX (TeenmaX )
is a defensibility/social-skills training for adolescents
who are vulnerable for bullying or have trouble in
social relationships with peers. The theme is, “stand
for yourself”, that means setting boundaries and
protecting boundaries. Adolescents will experience
after the training course that they feel more
comfortable, which make them radiate more self-
confidence.

G-maX (GoldmaX )
is for the slightly older or people with a physical
limitation. During this training they will be taught
and in a effective, but safe way how to deal with
uncertainty, fear and aggression in daily life.
8. B-maX (BodymaX )
“Be your own bodyguard” is a Vital Skills basic
defensibility training course focussed on personal
safety under threatening circumstances.
The elements are, detection, prudent avoidance,
self-defense, coordination, flexibility, strength and
perseverance.
There is also a “be your family bodyguard” and a
“be your corporate bodyguard.”

aggression or danger, and that people are able to
act professionally from calmness and overview.

focuses on assertivity, action reaction and
interactive acting with aggression. How do you
deal with an agressor in your environment.
During this training the participants focus on
efficient dealing with aggression and conflicts,
instead of clashing or avoiding, you learn how to
move along in a controlling way. This implies
seeking compromises in the interactions.
