4. INTRO CALL (30 min)
● We start with a 30 min. chat to tell
you more about our company.
● During the call, we confirm also basic
facts such as your technical
background, motivation, ability to
relocate and English skills.
● It is an opportunity for you to ask
many questions about STRV.

5. TEST PROJECT
● The best way to confirm your
technical skills is our test project (a
mini version of client project)
● You will get a specific assignment
and a couple of days to complete it
at home.
● Recommended deadline is 2 weeks,
however we are flexible and can
agree a different timeline (we know
how busy good people are)
6. RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW (45-60 min)
● We would like to talk about… YOU!
● Simply said, we want to know who
you are.
● We focus a lot on your compatibility
with the STRV Code.
● Don’t be shy; ask a lot of questions!

7. TEAM TALK (30-45 min)
● You will meet with our department leaders and have an in-depth discussion about
your experience and technical skills.
● Usually a few more colleagues from the team are invited to join.
● This is the time you can find out everything you want to know about the job.

8. ENGLISH CHAT (15 min)
● Our developers have regular contact
with our US clients.
● Therefore, we would like to check
how good your English level is.
● No worries, no grammar exams.
● You will have a 15 min Skype chat
with Julie, our amazing English
teacher.
● By the way, if you join STRV, you can
sign up for English lessons.
9. MEET LUBO (20-30 min)
● Lubo Smid, our COO and co-founder,
meets with every new hire.
● You will have a friendly informal
discussion with him.
● After this interview, the very final step
is the offer.
● Based on your location, we would do
maximum to arrange a face to face
meeting - you come to Prague or we
visit you. We cover travel costs.
