process), the tutor or students may take initiative during
the starting and evaluation phase”

challenges from the industry as well as situated in real-life
environment of the student/learner, using design thinking
process in an iterative manner, the facilitator as process
observer who supports and makes learner-oriented
interventions (focusing on the group process), students
have ownership and control over the learning process”
