5. Plan of Action
• Response to Intervention (RTI) is a multi-tier
educational approach aimed at early
identification and support of students whose
learning needs are not being met
• It involves “the practice providing high quality
instruction and interventions matched to
student need, monitoring progress frequently
to make decisions about changes in instruction
or goals, and applying child response data to
important educating decisions.” (Batsche et al.
2005)

7. • Our expectation growth goal is 100%.
• Develop new strategies and methods to help the student comprehend the
Reading Material.
• Teachers need to identify the students strengths and weaknesses.
• Check for patterns to see if the students weaknesses are all the same.
• Obtain training materials for the specific need area.
• Arrange training schedules for Teachers
• Provide after School tutoring to help all students strengthen their
comprehension skills.
• Offer Rewards and incentives for Teachers and Students who score above
Average.
10. • Reach state proficiency in Science & Writing
• Implementation of the Response To Intervention
(RTI) (Davis Bianco, 2010).
• Provide the teachers with a data driven culture
• Use data to monitor student learning & implement
new teaching practices (Wayman, Choo, Jimerson,
Spikes, 2012).
