background and expertise. I have proven ability to meet and negotiate with agency insurance owners and
customer service representatives to analyze financial reports, accounting statements and sales & payroll

Professional Work Experience:
2015 to Present. Liberty Mutual Insurance, 950 Seward Road, Fairfield, OH 45014. Title: Inside
Premium Auditor II working within the Premium Audit Department.
• Review and verify that the policyholder has the proper classification codes for Worker’s
Compensation and General Liability policies.
• Conduct phone and mail audits within my territory. Review completed information from the
policyholder to ensure that the proper financial, sales and payroll records have been given to
complete the audit.
• I also work on one special Janitorial account from beginning to finish each month. This includes
manually creating an excel spreadsheet to mail merge monthly audit worksheets to mail to all my
Janitorial policy holders. I handle any special requests, disputes, questions from the insured
and/or agent, and working with the underwriting for this account. Once all records have been
received for each Janitorial account, I complete their audit.
• I am also working on a presentation with another auditor regarding the day-to-day duties in the
Premium Audit department.
1999 to 2015. Cincinnati Insurance Companies, 6200 South Gilmore Road, Fairfield, OH 45014.
Title: Audit Specialist in the Premium Audit Department (2007 – 2015).
• Review financial records, verify payroll & sales figures for various customers/agents for Worker’s
Compensation and Commercial Lines policies. After a policy term is over, I would review
information from the auditor regarding class codes, verifying coverages and reviewing financial
statements before inputting the actual payroll and sales figures into our system.
• Other job duty includes contacting agents, underwriters, field auditors, and insurance agency
owners for other information as needed for discussing the audit results.
• Over 90% accuracy rate and process audits within the department goal timeline.
Title: Business Analyst in the Accounting Management Travel Team (2001 – 2007).
• My team analyzed accounting figures and financial reports for 1000 agents in 31 states. I
represented our company by travelling to various insurance agents who had problems financially.
• Lead meetings to set standards within their agency to help them be back on track with our
company’s accounting standards.
• Agents enjoy working with me and agency owners would ask for me to return to help assist their
customer service representatives as needed. After meetings were over and agency ownership
understood everything, I often came back with over $20,000 checks to help their agency balance
with the Cincinnati Insurance accounts.
• Wrote reports, wrote follow-up letters and met with our Sales department and Senior
Management Executives to notify them of my agent evaluations.
• Monitor the agencies that were visited for 90 days to track their financial progress.
• Develop a strategy for our agents regarding the accounting and billing process.
• 90% success rate with agents paying Cincinnati Insurance on time due to my visits.
• Was responsible for invoicing/billing for accounting differences for the agencies that I handled.
