I have over nine years’ experience designing and planning websites, online strategies, media campaigns and student recruitment campaigns. Working with agencies has given me insight into a variety of industries and marketing strategies however my main experience has been within the Higher Education (MBA, Executive Education, PG and UG) sector, Asset Management and NHS organisations. I have a strong understanding of analytics, but believe that true value comes from understanding not just numbers but the users experience, using knowledge of both to help show stakeholders how marketing activity, along with how visitors have experienced their brand shapes future direction.
