Objectives:
I am looking for new challenge in Education, training and Administration field. However at
satisfied workplace, which need my experiences, and able to give me opportunity to introduce my
professional and practical experiences in a high professional way. Within a qualified team work.
And I to be able to renew my abilities for Creativity, so to be able to continue developing my
abilities so as myself.
Profession:
Training & Operations Manager / CBP Trainer / Business Analyst and developer / Computer &
System Engineer.
Experience:
1- 2013 – present: International Group For Training – KSA / Riyadh:
Training Manager : my responsibilities include the following:
Maintain current training programs
Monitor instructor performance to verify training is conducted as outlined in approved
training materials and in a manner that motivates personnel to learn
Verify that the training staff has obtained and is maintaining their technical and instruction all
knowledge and skills.
Develop training programs according to approved methodology
Track training commitments to outside organizations such as the state and federal regulators,
and assist line management in meeting these commitments
Develop training program and trainee status reports for line managers, and assist line
managers in identifying and resolving human performance issues
Track current industry training issues

Solicit line managers' involvement when training commitments or needs are not being
fulfilled
Work to establish mutual trust and cooperation between the training organization and all
facility personnel.
Develop improved methods to meet training and facility objectives and goals as required
Develop training policies that establish guidelines for all training functions
Assist line management in identifying potential training needs based on facility and industry
operating experiences
Initiate and help prepare long-range objectives for the training organization that are consistent
with corporate, facility, and training policies, and develop a system for verifying
implementation of the actions needed to meet the objectives.
2- 2012 – 2013 : Alkhaleej (Training & Education) – KSA / Alshaya Retail Academy:
Training Manager and CBP Instructor in alshaya Retail Academy / Riyadh.
3- 2011 – 2012 : Alkhaleej (Training & Education) – KSA / New Horizons
CBP Instructor in Almadinah Branch..
During this period I was An Administrative and Management consultant in the Project of
development and automation of work procedures of public administration of rights in the Emirate
of Madinah
4- 2009 – 2011: Alkhaleej (Training & Education) – KSA / Dhiafa Dept.:
Dhiafa Institute Manager in Almadinah Branch (Hospitality, Management & Tourism
Training) .
During this period, I founded the Institute, Chose the staff (trainers and salespeople). We have
prepared the necessary training curricula. Processing rooms and laboratories for training, And
access to educational and administrative licensing for the institute.
5- 2004 – 2009: Alkhaleej (Training & Education) – KSA / New Horizons:
Operations & Training Manager in Almadinah Branch.
My duties included the operation of human and material resources available at maximum capacity
and less expensive.
Scheduling training, overseeing the preparation of trainers and staff development. Follow-up
processing and preparation rooms to suit all training. Preparation and processing of
local and international tests.
Through this period I have been managing The project for up-grading, training and appointment of
the ward processor workmen for ADILLA corporation for HAJJ seasons in the years 1427-1428-
1429 and 1430h.
6- 2003 – 2004: Alkhaleej (Training & Education) – KSA / New Horizons:
A Technical Instructor in Riyadh, Jeddah & Almadinah Branches.
I've trained the advanced and beginning Computer applications, Oracle databases,
design program Photoshop. And the materials of management training.
7- 1996 – 2003: Ministry of Finance – Syria:

An Engineer in the IT department in the side ministry, My duties included developing IT
solutions and applications.
Through this period I have been managing two projects: " Automation and programming the
administration of general budgeting directorate as well as taxing information directorate of the side
ministry". ( Hardware and Software) beginning by Reengineering, through analyses system, logical
and physical design for the projects, and ending by accomplishing , handing in and maintenance of
projects according of the applied requirements of the end users.
