In addition to training SDLG also supports policy research and local government associations….
Bangladesh laws provide reasonable authority to LG – to manage finances and raise revenue locally, to plan and budget with citizen involvement, and to deliver and to monitor public services
But difficulties in implementation…. Minor issues remain….
