Credit Control Supervisor at Trinity Mirror Digital Recruitment Limited
I have shown a high level of commitment in managing a group of 5 credit controllers and currently in
charge of one sole credit controller due to restructuring. I am responsible at ensuring that the credit
control department work towards proficiency and ensure that our common objective are achieved
every month. Full support, and required training and coaching are provided to my team member. I
also ensure that the daily task to completed to best of our ability.
Duties:
Management
 Deputise the role of credit manager in her absence
 Implement new procedures to improve efficiency
 Motivate my team member
 Measure department performance and identify need for improvement
 Agreeing KPIs with team member and engaging them in coaching and giving feedback
 Conduct one to one on a monthly basis
 Provide Credit control Training to all new Sales team member
 Conduct PDR with team member
 Report pro-actively to the line manager
 Manage a good relationship with our suppliers
 Manage a good rapport with our key clients
Credit Operation
 Interacting with both internal and external clients to gain feedback on quality & service
effectiveness
 Support team member to increase productivity, efficiency and competency
 Providing excellent customer service to designated accounts.
 Ensure that Age debtors is in good Shape and cash collected effectively
 Perform credit check
 Keep track of reports needed on daily, weekly and monthly basis
 Ensure that all procedures are adhered to the best of our ability
 Manage customer credit files
 Manage the application of late payment fees
 Deal with pre-legal matters, ensuring that we have exhausted all the possibilities prior to
legal route
 Maintain credit policy
 Monitor credit granting and periodic credit review

 Excellent Knowledge on Salesforce , Financialforce, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel,
