5. Narrative
• Follows a mans progression
• Wakes up on the morning and hesitantly takes some prescribed pills
• We see him struggling in school/struggling with fitness (Maybe and injury)
• Builds up over time and we see him fail
• He pulls out a picture from his pocket his family (after running away)
• Refuses to take pills and throws them away
• Point in the song where the beat picks up, like a turning point, his work gets better and so
does his fitness
• We seem him be successful, he looks at the picture and we can see him happy, like he has
achieved something
• Styling: School attire, running attire, as he progresses he looks smarter/happier etc.
7. USP + Possible Locations
• The use of the flat cap/scarf and trendy glasses will be the unique selling point as it
recognisable and something we can create a brand image on (Digipaks etc.)
• Challenging aspect would be building layers of the narrative so its clear
(Constructing).
• Locations will include:
• Riverside, open field, bathroom, dimly lit room or house/ suburban alleyways etc.

10. Song
• Lil UziVert – P’s and Q’s
• Genre: American Hip Hop/ Rap
• YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J59UasgEqTw
• Our video will be primarily performance. This will consist of rapping into the camera and dancing. It will be
broken up with establishing shots of the locations we are filming in and shots of people dancing.
• These locations are:
• Graffiti wall – HannoverWay, Dedworth
• Set of garages – Ruddlesway,Windsor
• Faces Mural – Under relief road –Windsor
• King Edward carpark –Windsor
11. What will happen
• Our video starts out zoomed in on the rapper. He is sitting on his bed with his headphones
on listening to P’s and Q’s.As the beat starts to build up, the camera zooms out and the
rapper starts nodding his head and swaying to the song more. As the beat drops, he stands
up and performs a dance move called ‘hit dem folks’.This then cuts to a new location and
will have the main performer with lots of mates who will be dancing along to the song with
him. It will be repeated 4 times and each time will be a different location.
• To keep the video interesting and to keep the audience watching, we will switch between
locations very often. This will create a fast pace for the video and will help match the
genre.
• In each location, we will record a base track of joey rapping into the camera with friends in
the background dancing. We will also record establishing shots for each location, as well as
medium and close up shots on a single dancer to keep the video entertaining.
12. USP (Styling)
• Main performer – Joey
• The unique selling point of our performer will
be his hair. The top of his hair will be curly and
dyed blonde. He will also always have a pair of
headphones on.
• All of the performers in the video will be
dressed in a hip hop style fashion. They will
have jeans (skinny or ripped) with a long and
stylish tee shirt on. Accessories such as chains
and bandanas will be very useful in creating
our styling for the artist.
13. InspirationalVideos
• Style of dance:Wicked (SheLovesMeechie)

• Style of rap/camera movement: Anime – Caroline / Migos – bad and boujee

14. Lauv - Breathe
• Starts off with a close up of the performer in his bed. This will be where the artist
will performing throughout the video. You can see his surroundings clearly. This
style of shot will be used as our main base track. In between this there will be
various montage-style shots containing the performer doing exciting activities
including: Skiing & Snowboarding, Mountain-boarding, Scuba-Diving, Surfing and
visiting big attractions.
• In between these clips there will be shots similar to the first shot of the performer
in his bed but you see the setting slowly changing, with objects disappearing right
until the final shot in which he ends up in a hospital bed. This is when the audience
will realize the things he has been doing are things on his bucket list (what he
wanted to do before he died). At the end it flashes to a black screen and you will
hear a flat line noise. This will add to the tragedy of the video.
15. USP (Styling)
• There will not really be much of a style for our artist during the performance
aspect as he will be in bed, therefore a lot of his body is not visible. He will be
wearing black pyjamas.
• Throughout the events he will be doing he will wear appropriate attire for each of
the activities. (Ski Goggles etc.)We will also try to make these clothes as black as
possible.
• The USP of the artist will be his black clothing because it foreshadows his death. It
also reflects the tragedy of this song. He would also have a locket that contains a
picture of his family. His hair will be scruffy as well which is quite unique as many
artists look for the clean appearance.
