On July 5, 2014 at approximately 5:15am officer McDreamy #3030 was dispatched to 925
Precision Drive Denton, TX 76201 on an alleged homicide and attempted murder. Officer Karen
St. Valentine #1459 was on scene along with witness Timmons in the backseat of the squad car.
Officer St. Valentine #1459 said that Timmons called 911 at approximately 4:11am stating that
her friends had been killed. Officer St. Valentine #1459 arrived on scene approximately 4:21am.
The residence was an old silver metal trailer and a bench was outside. Upon entering the
residence the air was humid and the windows were open. The room was cluttered and dirty.
Back against the wall near the windows was a couch with a deceased male with two noticeable
bullet holes in his chest with bloodstains on his shirt. On the plastic tile floor facing the entry
was a large bloody footprint, as well as a smaller bloody footprint in the bedroom. A pistol was
found in the bedroom with one fired cartridge case on the plastic tile floor. There was two more
fired cartridge cases found in the living room near the deceased male body. There were six (6)
unknown empty beer bottles scattered throughout the scene along with six (6) more closed

she explained she arrived at the trailer at approximately 1:45am after her two friends had been
drinking at Lucky Lou’s Bar in Denton. They continued to drink together until approximately
2:20am when Vazquez received a threating phone call from her boyfriend Roger Williams.
After Williams threated Jones and Vazquez’s life the group dismissed the threat and continued to
drink. Shortly after 3:30am, Timmons left the residence to drive home. At approximately
4:00am Timmons came back to the residence to retrieve her purse when she found her friends.
