“It is my first film so it’ll stay with me forever. ‘Sanam Teri
Kasam’ was a tough and soul stirring movie. It has given
me a learning experience, and of course in Harsh, my

“People who closely know you, don’t believe in you till the
public does. But of course working very hard for long
hours and dedicating yourself entirely to your projects and
roles matter a lot. But, I’m not complaining, because the
work commitment allows you to explore your life to your
full potential.”

“Of all the work I’ve done so far, ‘Saru’ in ‘Sanam Teri
Kasam’ was the most special, as it was an absolutely
performance oriented character. I think I have become
much like the character I played in the movie, passionate
and kind, at least, I hope I did.”

“I wish I can do a period film like an ‘Umrao Jaan’. I also
want to be in Nazia Hassan’s biopic, if they make one.”
‘Sanam Teri Kasam’Akin To A Fairytale
“Well, I get a vibe of a classic fairy tale from it, I’d like to
experience true love someday, although, I never read love
stories. I was a high scorer, a pre-medical student and later a
law student.”
Dream Romance and Wedding
“It’s not the setup that I fancy, I want to see my family and
friends happy. Of course, the song that will play as I walk in,
is decided long ago, but I won’t share it yet!” (Laughs).
Looking Ahead
“Well, everything is in a flux. Projects in India and Pakistan
are under discussion. There is pressure and responsibility
now, but I’m sure great things await me.”
