RESPONSIBILITIES’ SYNOPSIS
1. Report to Project Managers, IMS Manager, Operation
Manager/s, Program Director/s and Country Director/s.
2. Throughout project, implement and ensure that all
construction activities are conforming to policies and
procedures of Quality, Health Safety and Environment.
3. Conduct internal trainings for all project teams that
how quality processes like knowledge management,
internal and external audits, quality surveillance, client
assessments, and management review contribute to the
evolution of a quality product, project, or deliverable.
4. Ensure Projects’ Performance attain all contractual
prerequisite of Quality, Safety, time, Cost, & Quantity.
5. Preparation/ Completion/ Review of inspection and
testing records for Quality Assurance of Civil Works.
6. Participate in safety, quality and progress meetings
with client/ various contractors to align efficiency, of
Progress and Performance, with the agreed Work Plan.
7. Daily prepare/ review and file progress reports, ITPs
and all other quality records for each ongoing Project/s.
8. Do work inspections to Analyze Quality /Quantity of
ongoing construction activities and give instructions, to
reduce risk of unforeseen delay & ambiguity, promptly.
9. Responsible to oversee/ manage that all ongoing civil
construction activities conforming to approved design
drawings, Specifications and relevant QHSE standards.
10. Preparation/ administration of Project Quality Plan in
coordination with discipline heads & project manager.
11. Monitor correctness of civil construction activities by
enforcing the Quality Assurance Plan, ITPs, Method
statements, design drawings, specifications & records.
12. Plan, organize, monitor and control the day-to-day
inspection activities of all QC personnel and ensure
completion of all Inspections Efficiently & Effectively.
13. Participate in site meetings to coordinate with various
contractors working in their respective project sites.
14. Pursue/ Monitor implementation of approved quality
procedures in the actual production work and ensure
full compliance of the identified standard requirements.
15. Plan/ Monitor weekly and monthly look ahead
schedules, identify the requirements and ensure
availability of the needed resources. Make coordination
as required to ensure smooth completion of inspections.
16. Prepare/ Review/ Control NCR reports, recommend
improvements (corrective preventive actions) and
submit to management for their review / actions.
17. Train team/s on key Project Information Management
terms, such as document, record and controlled
documents.
18. Participate in/ Conduct internal audits, spot checks &
closure reports etc, to ensure compliance with Quality
Management System and Product Quality Assurance.
19. Identifying required resources and managing all the
day-to-day functions of assigned tasks/project site/s.
20. Responsible to identify, locate, and use quality policies,
procedures, and forms for assigned projects/ works.
21. Responsible to access and apply the Project
Information Management policies, procedures, and
standards to assigned tasks/ project site/s.
22. Develop and use metrics for measuring quality and
process improvements of ongoing/ upcoming works.
23. If required, initiate & process purchase order requests.
24. Solicitation of subcontractor/ supplier proposals and
quotations and assist in prequalification process.
25. Applying remedies available to address subcontractor/
supplier performance issues.
26. Participate in review and approval process of
subcontractor/ supplier invoices.
27. Attend all assigned internal/ external trainings and
presentations. Represent and give debriefings of
learned course/ taken trainings to project team/s.
