• MLG will host a live NBA 2K14 tournament during the NBA All-Stars in New Orleans to feature NBA celebrity gameplay and commentary
• Open Bracket: MLG will host an open NBA 2K14 Tournament on MLG.tv for general public where the winner will be flown to All-Star event to
compete live with & against the Pros… a once in a lifetime experience!
• Pro Gamer Bracket: MLG Pro Gamers will compete against each other for their chance to win a trip to All-Star event to play live against NBA
players and open bracket winner
• Pro Gamers will promote tournament via social channels to help drive tune-in to live event
• MLG to act as official NBA 2K14 All-Star tournament organizer and broadcast partner
• MLG + EA will promote the event via various media outlets
• Event will be available on YouTube via VOD
• Nissan and MLG to determine prizing
• Live Event Location: New Orleans
• Nissan can provide vehicles for all NBA 2K14 All-Star Tournament Participants to drive to event (MLG will film and include in broadcast)
• Date: February 14 -15
• Format:
• 4 teams, 8 players total (6 NBA Players, 1 Pro Gamer, 1 Winner)
• Competition to feature semi-finals and finals
• Nissan can showcase cars at event
CAMPAIGN TO INCLUDE:
o Targeted digital media plan on MLG.tv to drive buzz and awareness for event
• Over 12MM total impressions
• 14 exclusive day placements (100% SOV for the day)
• Over 1M live video impressions
o Promotion:
• Co-branded media promotion to increase viewership of launch/tournament event
• Pro gamer social promotion to drive awareness, excitement and tune-in
o Full broadcast and tournament services
