PROFILE
I am a proactive, self-motivated Site based Rigging supervisor/Appointed Person.
Having over 30 years of engineering/construction experience and 10 years employed by one of the world’s leading suppliers of
renewable energy equipment, I have had extensive experience in all aspects of rigging throughout the construction phase and
commissioning of these installations. Employed mainly as a rigging supervisor, I ensure the effective deployment of labour
throughout the project, with special emphasis given to ensuring safe lifting practices at all times. In this role, I have travelled
widely with experience of working in France, Jersey, Spain, Holland, Belgium, Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic. Adapting to
different environments and implementing best industry standards in unfamiliar surroundings are areas of strength and I have
worked closely with diverse teams of multi-national employees.
Having had exposure to a range of demanding environments, I stay calm under pressure and have been able to provide relevant
support where necessary to meet deadlines. Possessing excellent organisation and delegation techniques, I have well-developed
communication skills and have a particular talent for identifying problems and developing workable solutions for them.
Having gained valuable relevant experience, I am now looking for a new position with an established and progressive company
offering opportunities for me to utilise my experience, develop my skills and add considerable value to the organisation.
