STOP - Scope Tele Knowledge Operations Procedures
1. Talk Bpo will provide 1 x agent for 1 day pilot testing at client expense
& at cost from Talk Bpo. Minimum commitment after pilot test is
successful, is 3 months. There after, 30 days notice is needed to
cancel or suspend contract.
2. 1 month deposit,1 month advance, is needed per agent per month.
Hence this will cover the 30 days termination.
3. Australian customers are $15 inc AUD per hour, per agent, outbound
or inbound or back end operations. This rate sometimes include landline
rates to Australia. See clause no. 6.
4. For outbound campaigns, customer needs to provide lists and are
washed for Australia DNCR – Do Not Call Register.

5. If client would like Talk Bpo to take care of number 4 above, this has
to be charged at a premium rate because it's a fixed cost from Australia
and variable labour costs from Philippines.
6. Outbound Telecom charges are not included to mobile calls to
Australia from Philippines, in some cases though, hourly quote per
agent, per month, may include calls to Australian landlines. This has to
be checked on the nature of the campaign and a calculation to
determine average length of call during pilot test.
7. Accounts/Campaign needs to be scoped by Talk Bpo to determine
final quote for client to ensure there is efficient process control &
campaign is a valid viable business case for both parties.
8. Upon client signing quote the pilot test will be initiated when the pre
cost of pilot test is deposited into Talk Bpo's Australian Bank Account.

9. Pilot test can be launched generally with 3-4 days notice.
10. Upon completion of Pilot Test the client will 7 have days to start,
otherwise reserved assets are deployed to other campaigns.
11. Upon engaging again with Talk Bpo after 7 days have lapsed,
Talk Bpo will need another 7 days to activate campaign for client.
