Neoteny is a full service design band. We believe great design creates a positive impact. Our name reminds us, and those we work with that Human-Centered Design should be playful, collaborative, and fun. The essence of this approach is to embrace curiosity. To ask questions and actively listen, rather than push preconception. We create environments that allow people to explore their imaginations and familiarise themselves with the unfamiliar. We prefer to be fully immersed, as such; we typically work inside organisations, along side our clients, stakeholders and customers. We assemble project teams from diverse backgrounds and with differing motivations.
