The document provides steps to create a map of alumni distribution using an alumni database and mapping tools:
1. Access an alumni database and generate a list of alumni including mailing addresses.
2. Copy the address data into an Excel spreadsheet and remove unnecessary columns.
3. Paste the address data into the BatchGeo mapping tool to geocode the addresses and generate an interactive map showing alumni locations with color-coded density clustering.
4. Zoom and adjust the generated map then take a screenshot to embed the visual alumni distribution map.

depending on the number of
addresses.
