1. Marketing Objectives
Our marketing objectives is to keep the interest of
prospective members, current members, and former
members by establishing a purpose and vision by
creating a fun memorable programming experience
that enhance a healthier lifestyle
Here at Vitality we value our members so
understanding our members is a priority. We want to
open the lines of communication with our members
by finding out what their interest, needs, and wants.
We want to develop programs to get staff and
members involved in the programs we have to offer.
2. Action Plan
• Handy materials such as pens, key chains, business cards, and etc.
All of which will promote our facility by having our logo, facility
name, and phone number on the variety of material. These will be
placed at supporting businesses and or companies.
• INTERNET
• Develop direct- mail, invitations, and e-mail
• Facebook page- lets everyone know when, where, and how events
will takes place
• Twitter- offer up to date info to keep our members informed
• Official Website that offers a piece of our facility to the public
• TV with announcements of the different programs, GEC’s, and
upcoming events of the facility
• Billboard: this is a great visual that will recruit prospective members
to want to join Vitality fitness Center.
3. Evaluation
The number one way to determine the success of
our programs will be through the feedback we
receive back from our current and former
members through a questionnaire/survey.
GEI is required to record the number of
participants in each class that is held. This will
significantly tell whether our programs and GEC’s
are successful.
We believe there is power in numbers so we
generally recommend that our programs/GEC’s
maintain eight participants minimum to keep the
programs/GEC’s successful.
