First results:
• New attractive and innovative services were launched on
Rwanda market by UOB
• VISA has been able to overcome lack of access to physical
bank branches and start working across different financial
institutions and mobile networks
• The project was done within the budget
Main challenges:
• Define business requirements at initial stage and not change
them in the course of project implementation
• Establish active and effective communication between all
project stakeholders to deliver timely results
