a community built on passions
The event space
at tiny+ serves as
a means to unite
the community
through welcoming
events that anyone
can engage in,
regardless of
individual hobbies or
skill levels. Here, you
might expect to see
skill building events
like sustainability
workshops or meals
everyone is invited to
attend.
Rentable rooms
enable users to
continue hobbies that
would otherwise be
difficult to pursue in
a tiny home. We fully
support members to
express themselves
when they set up their
individual spaces. In
order to accomodate
our users’ diverse
preferences, tiny+
offers a range of
room sizes (small,
medium, and large).
tiny+ sports a large public lounge
area conducive for casual
engagements and serendipitous
meetups with community
members alike. Furnished with
comfortable furniture, billiard
tables, coffee, and other soothing
amenities, the space encourages
members to relax and mingle.
Hubs at tiny+ provide a well-
equipped project space to
support activities the community
is passionate about. Members
vote on the use of the hubs
and are deeply involved in
the creation and design of
the space. Hubs provide an
immersive environment where
the community can come
together to innovate.
BEFORE tiny+:
Carla is a middle-aged
woman looking for new
experiences in life. Art has
been a lifelong passion of
hers and she has a large
supply of art materials in her
home. Carla learned about
the tiny house movement
from a blog post and loved
the independence and
freedom that a tiny house
could offer. However, with
the limited space available,
going tiny would mean
giving up her art.
AFTER tiny+:
BEFORE tiny+:
Dan is a young man seeking
normality in his financially
burdened life, especially
after having recently
become a father. He had
decided to move into a tiny
house to alleviate his debt,
and was excited to join
the tiny house community.
Unfortunately, he has found
that other tiny house people
desire home privacy, so it
has been difficult to find that
community.
