At my current position I work as a senior software developer and as a Scrum Master. As a senior developer I am responsible for development, test and deployment of applications for management and reporting for Cisco IP-telephony solutions. As a Scrum Master I am responsible for Agile-processes in my team. It includes adapting of agile methods of software development, using efficiency metrics and finding best practices.
