First aid and CPR - The Red Cross offers a two-year
program whereby individuals can become certified in
first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and
automated external defibrillators (AED). Participants
learn how to properly respond to basic emergencies, as
well as cardiac emergencies that may necessitate the
use of an AED.

Lifeguarding The lifeguard program consists of two
core courses: lifeguarding and shallow water
