Early in my career, I thought something was wrong with me. Well, OK, to be clear: I thought something was wrong with everyone around me. I never understood why the status quo was good enough. Why people didn't ask more questions. Why change never happened fast enough. Was I just too impatient? Maybe. But seeing possibility when others don't isn't just about moving quickly-- it's about being skeptical and curious and questioning everything and being comfortable not knowing the answers.
