Maria Emília Baltazar (Female, MSc, PhD Student), has a graduation in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Beira Interior (UBI), (Covilhã, Portugal) since 1999, and currently she is a PhD Student in Aeronautical Engineering at UBI. She has professional activity since 2000, firstly as Manager of the Marketing/Accounting Department in Jaime Alberto, Lda Distribuidora (2000-2001), and secondly as Aeronautical Engineer supporting all the technical activities of the Aerospace Sciences Department (DCA) at UBI (since 2001).
