forecasting and analysis.
Accomplishments/Recognitions :
 Initiates reporting of Profit and Loss Statements (P&L) per Business Unit (BU) in order to
understand what contributes to the Gross Margin/(Loss) of the company.
 Assigned Mini-CFO for each BU to cater their needs in accomplishing their goals and tasks.

company in the Philippines. FSCI started as a joint venture among Sumitomo Electric Industries, Inc.
(SEI, with 51%), First Philippine Holdings Corporation (FPHC, with 40%), and Sumitomo
Corporation (SC, with 9%). Located at the Light Industry and Science Park (LISP) in Cabuyao,

 Shortened submission of Financial Statements (FS) from fourteen (14) working days to five
(5) calendar days.
 Assumed the responsibility of payroll processing previously handled by HRD without
additional manpower and improve existing system thus lessen payroll complaints.
 Implemented new reporting system and procedures as to variance analysis and standard
costing to be able to have a first cut of P&L 1st day after month-end with limited resources
available.
 Together with MIS group, developed a new inventory system to have accurate inventory
reports helpful in the preparation of FS and for material planning.
