Duties of work:
 To retain the clients for gold package including post landing services.
 Counselling the applicants about the whole process and convince them to buy the packages
 Converting leads in to applicants and then applicants in to leads.
 Maintaining the data for followups and futher collections of payments and documents
 Collection of professional fee after retainer
 Keeping keen eye on the process after the start that it should run in proper anf efficient way
so that the result will be delivered ASAP
 Preparing the resume of client for immigration purpose
 Conducting interviews and preparing the client for interview with Canadian immigration
personals and Canadian employers
 Achieving monthly targets of retainer as well of professional fees
 Lead Management
 Counsel the client for whole process and submission of all the required documents
 To receive from 07 Indian Branches & Overseas Offices educational documents of newly
retained Canada bound clients under 50 POL for initiating FSWP Credentials Assessment
process of World Education Services (WES) Canada.
 To scrutinize the received educational documents of clients and to point out deficiencies to
the dealing branches.
 To file online FSWP Credentials Assessment Applications of the Canada bound clients on the
website ofWES and to sende-mail to the dealingbranches and the clientsintimatingthem the
WES Reference Number generated online.
 To send photo copies of the educational certificates of the FSWP Credentials Assessment of
the clients to WES Canada
 To make requisite entries of FSWP Credentials Assessment in ECA Module of Z-Axis and file
hard copy of the application in the clients’ files.
 To follow up with the clients to receive sealed envelopes of their universities / autonomous
institutes and to send the same to WES Canada.
 To check status of the filed applications of the clients from the web site of WES and to follow
up with WES Canada to expedite completion of the assessment process.
 To answer queries/ observations/ requirementsofWES relatedto pending FSWP Credentials
Assessment applications of the clients.
 To periodically update the clients and dealing branches with the current status of the FSWP
Credentials Assessment applications.
 To receive completedassessmentreportsof the FSWP Credentials Assessment applications of
the clients, hand over one report to Case Processing Section of Operations Division and
despatch the other copy to dealing branch of the client.
 To initiate and complete WES Assessment applications of old Canada bound clients from 38
and 29 POL.
 To make all entries in Z-Axis and ECA Module.
 To generate various reports on pre-landing and post landing services for Canada bound
clients, as required by HOD.
