● Do 5-10 hours of mock interview practice.
● Amazon example of what it takes.
● You need at least 2 weeks to prep. Don’t push it.

14. Why Is it so hard to get interview feedback?
Recruiters are busy.
Some are lazy.
Others just don't want to hurt your feelings.
Solution: Ask the hiring manager. Follow up multiple times. Connect with them
on LinkedIn and use Inmails. Mock interviews really help to get feedback
beforehand.

15. Moving Forward
● If you don’t pass, find out if it's culture or
role-related.
● Try for a different role or again in 6-12 months.
● Or, plan B, find a non-FAANG job and look for a
stepping stone.
