Part 1 (Due Tues Feb 4) Task: interview people and ask: 'Describe your expectations from the ________ genre' (you could give them tips - plot, characters, setting, camera techniques, music/sounds, narrative etc) -completed as a video -each person in group to interview 3-5 people -should be range of age/genders -film on iPad or cameras

- 5. The questions Questions: 1. In the first 2 minutes (opening sequence) of a ________ film, what do you expect to see/happen? 2. You can give examples of films in your answer. 7. In a ____________ film, what do you NOT enjoy?
- 6. Survey Monkey (make 1 survey as a group) • 1. sign up • 2. play around – lots of different options! • 3. Have just all as comments or give them answers to choose from…. • 4. Get at least 12 people (3 each) to do your survey online. You can share on facebook/twitter to get people participating! • 5. At the end, get all the results on ‘collect responses’ bit.

- 10. Summary of #2 (survey results) • Upload the screen grabs (as JPEGS) on blog • Then type a quick summary of what you learned from doing these interviews.
