This document provides instructions for a presentation assignment on topics related to life in the 1950s United States. Students must create a presentation with slides on 4 of the following topics: the baby boom, the growth of suburbs, increased consumerism, the influence of television, automobiles and the highway system, and the birth of rock and roll. Each slide is required to have at least 5 sentences of text and a related image. The presentation must also include an introduction slide, title slide, and works cited slide listing at least two resources.
