Career Summary:
For the last 12 years I have been worked in Tubular and NDT inspection services, started in Tuboscope in Egypt in
2003 and joined to Al Mansoori in 2007 in Libya, Uganda, Iraq and Egypt.
I am working as Operations Superintendent, leading over than 100 Employees and running over than 10 Projects
and 13 contracts in 3 countries.
Ready and willing to work in Middle east and Africa.

• From January 1st, 2003 till July 31, 2006 working in Tuboscope Vetco International in Egypt
• From August 1st, 2006 till April 30, 2007 working in Al Ain Technical Services in Libya.
• From May 1st, 2007 working in Al Mansoori Specialized Engineering Libya till March 31, 2009 as inspector.
• From 1st of April 2009 working in Al Mansoori Specialized Engineering Libya till August 31, 2010 as senior
inspector.

Responsibilities:
HSEQ
•Site visits to demonstrate Management’s commitment to HSEQ objectives and to ensure that HSEQ procedures &
controls are in place.
•To ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with HSEQ Management System.
•Promptly investigating NCR, accidents, incidents and near miss reports and providing effective follow up and
recommendations.
•Encouraging PDF & QS reporting and demonstrating effective follow up on all positive suggestions.
•Keeping good communication with all employees on HSEMS matters by memos, e-mail, bulletin board notification
etc and Timely HSEQ meetings and effective follow up on all HSEQ matters.

Operations and Business Process:
1-Annual Budget & Management Information
•The making up of budget on a timely basis in coordination with Operations manager - MENA.
•Proper Monthly reporting on company’s activities on a timely basis.
•Meeting budgetary targets as forecasted.
2-Marketing
•Promoting and developing new markets for products and services of the Company.
•Communicating effectively with clients on company’s products and services to ensure that the latest information
are available to them.
•Carrying on an effective and regular sales campaign to increase sales of products and services, thereby to
increase company’s market share. Each customer visit to be supported with client visit report with action plan.
•Ensuring all products and sales that are represented by the Company are marketed aggressively in the areas
designated.
•Timely sales reports to appraise market trends, sales and service potential, market share, competitor’s activities
and any factors creating sales difficulties with alternative courses of action.
3-Operations:
•Keeping an efficient and profitable operations by minimizing down time of equipment or lack of personnel.
•Close coordination with customer’s personnel to know their needs ahead of time and to ensure that we meet
contractual requirements for a trouble free execution of contracts.
•Application of Company standards and quality control for all equipment and tools repair and maintenance. Maintain
and up-date certificates of equipment issued by third parties or in-house
4-Expenditure:
•Keeping operational expenditures within approved budget levels (and if at all possible to reduce) expenditures
•Control cost by proper forecasting & planning so that volume discounts can be achieved with suppliers. Sudden
emergency orders should be avoided so as not to incur additional freight cost or other similar cost.
5-Personnel:
•Appointing proper personnel as per the requirement of the company on a timely basis and with the proper
qualifications with budgetary needs.
•Keeping turnover of personnel to a minimum by managing properly the requirements of the job and the stress,
level of the personnel together with their individual needs.
•Assuring competent manpower by training, developing, compensating and evaluating future developments.
•Clearly delegate responsibilities to subordinates and other supervisory staff as such to obtain a high level of
motivation and performance.
•Assure safe working conditions and good labor relations by proper safety training of all personnel and a clean living
environment and keep Good personnel relations with employees by Company get-together, parties, etc.
