Summary:
These mandatory minimum standards are intended as the minimum basis upon which sites will
establish a sustainable safe and healthy environment at work, to maximize performance. This will
mean anticipating changes in requirements (being pro-active rather than reactive) and each operating
unit and employee taking major responsibility for these areas.
The term employee should be interpreted to include all employees, both permanent and temporary, at
all levels.
1.
Prevention:
1- Each site must comply with all local safety legislations and with any project owner company
standards. Compliance will be with whichever is the stricter of these and it must be documented.
2- Each site must have regulatory procedures/ check- ups to ensure compliance with the safety
legislations, and must have safety clearance for all materials used to ensure that they are eco friendly.
3- Each site must identify those process steps that are critical for the safety of the labor & / or process
(Critical control points) and establish a system to control and monitor these.
4- Each employee’s responsibility for safety must be identified and understood. Appropriate training
must be given to prepare employees against potential hazards or accidents.
5- We must have procedures in place for monitoring site complaints, investigating them and dealing
with them promptly, to approach to zero accident loss time (ALT.)
6- we have procedures in place to assess safety incidents, plans to manage any equipment failure, and
procedures to report such problems to the project owner according to our policies for safety, health
and the environment.

Prevention:
(1) Each site must have up-to-date written procedures according to health and safety Policy which
complies with the local work law. They must be signed by the current senior line person on site.
(2) Each site must comply with all local health and safety legislations and with any project owner
company standards. Compliance will be with whichever is the stricter of these and it must be
documented.
(3) Each site must establish emergency plans for all reasonably foreseeable emergencies and ensure
their effectiveness by undertaking regular exercise drills at least bi-monthly.
(4) All employees must be given appropriate training covering safety induction, and safety awareness
training. Such training must be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure efficiency where any
adjustments will be immediately communicated to all employees.
Incidents
(5) Each site must establish and fully implement an accident/incident reporting and investigation
procedure. Each site must collate and keep records of their safety performance as required by their
management group to identify common work related injuries and implement any preventive measures
necessary.

1- Each site must have an up-to-date written environmental policy, which complies with the local
environmental law. It must be signed by the current senior person on site.
2- Each site must comply with all local environmental legislation and with any project owner company
standards. Compliance will be with whichever is the stricter of these and it must be documented.
3- Each site must establish emergency plans for all reasonably foreseeable environmental emergencies
to avoid any possible harm to the environment.
4- And ensure their effectiveness by undertaking regular exercise drills at least bi-monthly.
5- All employees, including those with specific environmental responsibilities must be given
appropriate training, suitable for the execution of their responsibilities. Such training must be regularly
reviewed and updated.
WE will supply Our employees the following PPE:
1. Helmet.
2. Safety shoes. (Shock, electricity, oil proof.)
3. Safety belts.
4. Welding faces. (Incase if there is any welding.)
5. Chip glasses. (For protection / during cutting materials. pipe, etc…)
6. Safety gloves.
7. Safety electrical plugs (water proof with cover.)
Notes:
* All equipments used (in cutting forming, welding, etc.) are protected by emergency switches &
Automatic cut-offs in case of accidents.

Our Quality Management System meets the requirement of international standard ISO 9001: 2000 it
encompasses all of the processes involved in the provision of production and services, from initial enquiry
through to implementation, operation and reporting
The Products and services we provide are managed in accordance with quality Plants tailored to meet our
client’s specific requirements and the local regulations. In order to ensure compliance with our Quality
Management Systems, regularly quality audits are carried out throughout the organization.

We apply strict policies when it comes to quality. By enforcing such policies, we are always able to
meet agreed contractual specifications defined by the customer, government, and international quality
standards.
Our quality procedure will assure sustainable quality of all pipes, equipments, junctions & install-
ments, etc.
This procedure will include:
(1) Samples representing the lot (5%) will be traced on site every day.
(2) These tracing samples will be totally identified for trace back of problems by labeling with differ-
ent codes.
(3) Any out of specification material will go directly to the rejection area, to be treated as scrap. (4)
On-line tests will be applied in every stage of the process to ensure compliance with working specifi-
cations.
(5) All type of inspection & methods of doing it will be available in the quality test appendix (submit-
ted later on).
