with the specifications and time schedule.

Island from the existing facilities PPRS/SPRS-1/SPRS-2, GAS-in.
400mm x 7 km (Approx.) High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipeline from Saadiyat CRS to tie-in with the
existing 400mm HDPE pipeline on Mina Zayed and 16’’ x 4.2 km (Approx.) Carbon Steel Pipeline from
Saadiyat CRS to Reem Island receiving station.
CRS station has (Gas Filter, metering skid, Pressure reduction skid, Odorant vessel, etc.)
Responsibilities: As Client Approved Commissioning Manager: GASCO PROJECT No. 5275
 Responsible Pre-commissioning, Mechanical completion and Commissioning Procedures write
ups, submissions and approval.
 Leads all dynamic Pre-commissioning activities including oversee cleaning the pipe line, gauging,
drying and leak testing activities carried as per EPC Scope
Responsible for compliance to PTW systems, Activity Risk Assessment and identifies and mitigate
risks posed to the workforce during commissioning and start-up.
 Responsible for successful Mechanical Completion, Punch list close out and System Completion
dossiers prior to acceptance not limited to NCR, Site Queries, and Field Change request, as built
etc. prior to CAC.
 Participate in Process system walk down audit and identify critical punch lists and progressing
towards efficient close out.
 Manage implementation of joint integrity plan following completion of leak testing to provide

 Develop punch item database by systems, checking for completion and close-out of punch items
accordingly with client and company agreed standards.
 Preparation of Mechanical Completion Certificate, Exceptions List and Ready for Commissioning
forms of systems and submitted to company and client management for approval.
 Supervise of Purging by using nitrogen generation membrane type unit for pipeline.
 Lead PETROJET Pre-Commissioning team for initial drying and final drying for pipeline and Leak
test for piping on plot.

 Write/assist in developing procedures to conduct performance test for new plant equipment upon

 Preparation of complete programming Database (MS ACCESS) for follow- up of piping Test

 Check and supervise on all mechanical piping spool fabrication (fit up, dimension, orientation, and
