Island from the existing facilities PPRS/SPRS-1/SPRS-2, GAS-in.
400mm x 7 km (Approx.) High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipeline from Saadiyat CRS to tie-in with the
existing 400mm HDPE pipeline on Mina Zayed and 16’’ x 4.2 km (Approx.) Carbon Steel Pipeline from
Saadiyat CRS to Reem Island receiving station.
CRS station has (Gas Filter, metering skid, Pressure reduction skid, Odorant vessel, etc.)
Responsibilities: As Client Approved Commissioning Manager: GASCO PROJECT No. 5275
Responsible Pre-commissioning, Mechanical completion and Commissioning Procedures write
ups, submissions and approval.
Leads all dynamic Pre-commissioning activities including oversee cleaning the pipe line, gauging,
drying and leak testing activities carried as per EPC Scope
Responsible for compliance to PTW systems, Activity Risk Assessment and identifies and mitigate
risks posed to the workforce during commissioning and start-up.
Responsible for successful Mechanical Completion, Punch list close out and System Completion
dossiers prior to acceptance not limited to NCR, Site Queries, and Field Change request, as built
etc. prior to CAC.
