A self motivated person, like challenges, my objective is to succeed in my career as a bioinformatics researcher and as a developer, like learning new technologies. Interested also by bioinformatics and computational biology especially in proteomics and chromatin conformation. Used to deal with the main stream bioinformatics analysis : Microarray, RNA-Seq, Chip-Seq, ChIA-PET, Hi-C, SNP calling. And has a good statistics and machine learning background, I am mainly interested in developing my skills in using Baysian statistics.
