From 1-july-2015 to Present.
Construction mechanical Planner responsibilities:
• Manage and lead construction daily plan, communicate with all
engineers and make a best correlation with opened jobs with other ones
who have been added to us in the weekly GOS dispensation meeting,
and the next 7day plan meeting. Making in consideration; GOS
priorities, man power and durations.
• Review all work orders in the Data base Program created in
WAPPR (scope, capability, category) daily, and if it appropriate,
change the status to WPLAN.
• Discuss previous work orders in periodically GOS CM Backlog
meeting.
• Follow up work orders and carry job planning which include
material, labor, tools and duration.
• Review and follow up the monthly Priority List to face the available
resources (labor, tools) and material.
• Review and follow up 7-day plan and KPI.
• Review and follow up 3 month plan.
• Review and follow up 8 Q plan.
• Follow up the completion of work orders.
Worked as a “Construction Engineer” in my construction department in
GUPCO from 1 January 2008 to 1 July 2015.
Onshore or Offshore Construction Engineer Principal Duties:
Ensure proper projects charter/charge/work order, after delegation to my
department.
Prepare and coordinate the schedules and plans.
Risk Assessment for the whole project, by brainstorming technics with
maximum number of all stakeholders concerning that project.
Check material availability.
Assure the available material to be fabricated is certified, and is coinciding to
our standards.
Optimize required manning, material lists, tools and equipment utilized for
each projects at site.

Estimate projects cost, by using accurate bottom up estimation technique, with
minimum cost contingency.
Issuing purchasing requests PR’s for missed mandatory material, and also
reviewing all procurements.
Report a pre-fabrication drawing to fabrication engineer, and follow up the
fabrication at the workshop.
Making excellent paper work, like: Work safety procedures, Hot work
Challenges, Hot bolting certificates, etc. . . .
Manage and supervise all quality control team; Welding and Painting
Inspectors.
Respect all company safety instructions and apply safety manual during
projects execution.
Follow up all execution work at site.
Control projects budget during all project stages.
Conduct periodic tool box talks (TBT), HSE stand down meetings and
presentations to all work team at site or at workshop.
Communicate with all stakeholders among the project perfectly and
continuously.
Prepare daily report for all in progress projects.
Follow up project closing processes.
Write an excellent handover information report to my back-to-back engineer at
the end of my shift.
May 2007 to December 2007: Alexandria Petroleum Maintenance Co.
“Petromaint”.
Position held: Maintenance Planning Engineer (MIDOR Site).
Principal Duties:
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports for Maintenance Activities at
Site, (Crude Oil Unit, Hydrogen, Hydro cracker, Delayed Coker, Utility units
… etc.).
Incorporate maintenance plans into the computerized program PEMAC and
ensure its continuous update.
Prepare and coordinate the turnaround maintenance schedules and plans.
Prepare shutdowns maintenance reports.
Perform and supervise of preventive and shutdown maintenance for plant
equipment.
Carried out maintenance activities in the Oil Refinery & Utility plants.
