preparation of the statement of claim with its supporting documents , then
the provision of any legal documents, the preparation of statements of

before courts, as well as the submission of experts reports on different

B) Commercial Section:
This section concerns all the cases and consultancies in connection with
companies, banks, industrial and commercial organizations, association of
companies and its liquidation,drafting all the contracts and agreements

C) Execution Section
Execution of judgments is major stage in suit process in which judgments
are transferred to a fact represented in collecting the judged amounts.
Accordingly, we have started the Execution Section to file and follow-up
judgments execution. The section is provided with a group of experienced

amicable or by court. This Section duty includes collecting amounts which
courts ordered from clients.
D) Collection Section.

experience in debts collection assisted by all relative systems such as
vehicles and other supporting means. The section performs its duty subject
to a defined program and considerable steps starting with:

after passing judgment to ensure the client financial ability and listed his
movable and fixed assets and all his property with any local or federal
authority.
- Investigates the client residence, employer, the bank in which his salary
transferred and his financial entitlements with third party.
- Conduct negotiation with the client and the debtor (after investigation his
position) to reach peaceful settlement for disputes of returned cheques
before initiating any proceedings before police or court and call his relative
and press them using our strong and wide relations in the state to settle the
debt. Such duties are carried out by using modern systems and technologies
up to final settlement of the entire claimed amount.
- Daily approach to police sections to follow-up arrest of debtors in cheques
petitions or arrest orders in civil suits.
