Maintaining SWO register.
• Typing Jobs (Faxes, Memos, Minutes, Procedures, Tables as required, and Progress Reports

• Coordinate and prepare Maintenance Weekly / Monthly Reports.
• Prepare & Issue On Call Duty Roster for Department.

• Prepare Leave Plan, Site Visit Plan for Section Head, Engineer and Manager.
• Arrangement of Employee safety induction & Mobilization on site.
• Monitor the transportation of employees to all the sites.
• Arrangements for food parcel to the staff at all the sites.
• Preparing leave schedule for each sites, arranging relievers on the time and coordinating with
HO.
• Arranging the availability of original Passport for Leave / visa Medical / EIDA etc.
• Preparing data sheets of security passes for all the employees and collection of all the
required documents two weeks earlier of its expiry.
• Attending employees grievances and coordinate / resolve it accordingly.
• Arranging petty cash from the HQ for emergency purpose like medical & vehicle
