TimberScan is a desktop application. It is Document and image management system. It is designed to
allow user to create a paperless office. It is mostly used in construction and real estate industry. It is

approval. It has three main components i.e. AP, Capture and AIM which helps in managing different
type of invoices, supporting document, licenses, stocks, resources.

T100 is a web version of AIM, which is one of the TimberScan components. T100 can process
different type and sizes of documents like pdf, tiff, jpg etc. It is integrated with Sage 100 ERP
software, where invoices are stored finally for payment. It is used in Construction Company for
managing different types of invoices. It has OCR capability which allows user to read values directly
from invoice instead of entering manually. Invoices can be categories in different types based on
company rules which help in easy processing of documents.
