characterization over wireless network, full and non-reference video quality tool.

o Completing IMS / VoLTE testing and performance characterization.
o Providing video media latency, lip-sync, jitter, freezing measurements and perceptual
evaluation.
o Focusing on VoLTE performance characterization and testing, end user QOE, jitter, packet
latency, mouth to ear delay, and voice quality (Mean Opinion Score-MOS).
o Testing eMBMS basic functionality and performance characterization.
