Mona Lisa Tello is a New York state-certified Biology and general science high school teacher. She has most recently worked at the New York City's High School of Graphic Communication Arts, where for 12 years she increased students’ interest and success rate in state exams. Before this, Mona Lisa Tello taught at high schools throughout the New York metro area, and earned a Master’s degree. She earned her undergraduate degrees in colleges in Puerto Rico and New York City. She was born and raised in Manhattan and relocated to Puerto Rico where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Pre-Med and Natural Sciences and another degree in Clinical Psychology.
