I started my career in the field of user experience (before it was a thing) for a good 10 years leading research and design projects. I got to work with large companies who wanted a jolt of high-voltage energy and insight and smaller startups who had the passion for UX, but needed the strategy and actual designs to move the needle.
Six years ago I redesigned my career. Although I enjoyed the research/design projects, I loved teaching even more. One by one, I met incredible people and organically built an agency that was driven to partner with clients and design a better world. And while doing so, I was inspired to up my game:
